Obituary of Billy Benjamin Crank

Billy Benjamin Crank, Jr., age 55, of Las Vegas, died Saturday, April 18, 2015. Billy was born June 2, 1959 in Ft. Meade MD to the late Billy Benjamin and the late Donna Mae (Nash) Crank, Sr. Billy's father was in the military and migrated to Las Vegas, when Billy was 12. He graduated Clark High School and had a career in the automotive field, earning a number of training certificates. Most recently, he fulfilled one of his lifelong dreams of becoming a Marshal with the Regional Justice Center in Clark County, the oldest person to earn that position. He served many District Court judges, by request, most recently, his last two District Court Judges were Valerie Vega and Carolyn Ellsworth. He enjoyed working with all the judges, marshals, and the entire staff of the Center. Billy was a true outdoors man who loved animals, hunting, outdoor living and good old fashioned Westerns. His true passion was for his family. Billy is survived by his wife, Michelle Crank; children Jeremy Crank, Jason Crank, Jacob Crank, Jessica Crank and Jenna Crank; grandchildren Phoenix Crank, Aubrii Valetine and Scarlett Crank; siblings Marquetta San Roman and Randall " Bubba" Crank. The funeral will be held at10:00 am on Friday, April 24, 2015 in the Mausoleum Chapel on the grounds of Davis Memorial Park, 6200 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. .
