Obituary of Allen Leslie Roth

Allen Leslie Roth, age 66, of Las Vegas, died Monday, July 8, 2019 V. Allen was born March 10, 1953 in Brookly, NY to the late Herbert and the late Dorothy (Kaufman) Roth. He started his working life at the Calvert Manor Bagel. After attending Hofstra University and the College of Podiatric Medicine, Allen had a long career as a podiatrist, most recently as Director of Podiatry at Bellevue Hospital and owner of Westbury Podiatry. He enjoyed playing Racquetball and pickleball, loved the NY Yankees, NY Giants, Phil's Pizza, watching TV with his wife, Ceil, and eat ing good food! Allen was a member of the East Meadow Jewish Center on Long Island, NY. He had a very good sense of humor, was a talented teaser & joke teller, and a great poet and speech writer. Allen loved helping others succeed and always made everyone feel like part of the family and included at all times. He made every day count by living it to the FULLEST!!! However, his technology skills left a lot to be desired. Allen is survived by his wife, Ceil Roth; children -Michael Hal Roth, Jason Scott Roth, and Rachel Eve Roth; twin siblings Mark Roth and Neal Roth; and business partner Ralph Torrell. He is predeceased by his sister Elyse. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at King David Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Ln., Las Vegas, NV. Contributions in Allen's memory may be directed to Jewish National Fund, to plant a tree in Israel, or to Bellevue Hospital in New York City. Thank you to all who have played a very special role in his life. We know he also offered the same in return, ten times over!! As Dad would always say..."Alright Mrs. Roth, you ready?" .
