Obituary of Jacob Blaine Townsend

Jacob "Jake" Blaine Townsend, 29, died peacefully surrounded by family June 27, 2018. The son of Kim Townsend and the late Joseph Townsend, he was born February 13, 1989 in Somers Point, NJ. Jacob was a charismatic and beautiful son, brother and friend. His infectious smile could turn your frown upside down and his compassion had him by your side at a moment's notice. During his youth he enjoyed summer vacations in New Jersey and skateboarding at the park. As an avid dog lover, he enjoyed spending time with his dogs RJ and Cudi, who loved a good cuddle and fetch in the park. Jacob was an extraordinary person who touched many lives in his 29 short years. He had the innate ability to embrace all those he met. Jacob will remain our constant heartbeat always. Jacob is survived by his mother Kim Townsend, his sister Jessica Ramirez and brother-in-law Daniel Ramirez. He also leaves his Aunt Donna and Uncle Mark including cousins Evan and Zach; his Aunt Cora and Uncle Joey including cousin Alexis, Aunt Liz, and Aunt Tish with cousins Amelia and Joseph; including many other family members and friends.
